Receiving Your Package

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If you notice any visible damage or missing items, report it to United Printer and the shipping carrier within 3 business days to ensure timely assistance.

• Review and approve proofs carefully before production.

Returns & Replacements

Return Shipping Costs

• United Printer covers return shipping costs if the error is ours.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping if the return is due to customer error.
• For damage during transit, we manage insurance claims and replace your order free of charge.

Replacement Shipping

• Standard shipping on all reprints is free.
• Expedited, same-day, or overnight shipping options are available at an additional charge in select locations.

International Orders

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our end.
• Customs fees are non-refundable, even in cases of errors.
• For replacements due to our mistakes, we cover standard international shipping costs.
